BOOKING POLICIES
Deposits
A $15 deposit is required to confirm every appointment. It goes toward your service total, and is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits transfer to one reschedule; same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Guests
The studio is a small space — please come alone unless we’ve arranged otherwise.
